An absolutely gorgeous view and stunning venue for a wedding. The staff were always smiling ear to ear! The food served at the wedding was incredible and I liked the fact that you could choose from a few options and everyone seemed to enjoy their food a lot. The cash bar was also affordable for a wine estate.
We stayed in one of the guest houses for two evenings. The beds were really comfortable and we got a great night’s sleep both nights. However, my fiancé specifically booked a room with a bath tub and we paid extra to get the room. When we got to our room, we were put in one of the other rooms without notifying us… Whether the mistake came from the Leipzig staff side or if one of the other couples quickly swapped out the names in the rooms before we arrived, we don’t know, but we decided not to make a scene about it to avoid stressing out the bride and groom. It’s just a bit frustrating because we booked far in advance and paid extra for the room just to not get what we booked.
I would still recommend them as a great wedding venue to anyone considering getting married here.
