Description

 Fruit harvested at different levels of ripeness were utilized to create this beautifully balanced wine. The nose shows prominent flavours of both passion fruit and asparagus. The palate exhibits tropical fruit as well as a distinct minerality. This Sauvignon Blanc has both a bracing freshness and a complex bouquet.
