Description

This proudly South African cultivar’s grapes are sourced from Stellenbosch.

The grapes were allowed to begin spontaneous fermentation in the cellar.

The wine shows an intense dark and inky colour with a deep and powerful nose. Dark bramble, berries, cherries and nutty flavours abound.

The wine pays homage to the fruits of the history of this cultivar and the vines from where it is sourced.
